How do I buy more pods?
Contact us by phone, text, SMS, email or through the website. We deliver or post within 24 hours

How many coffees does a Pod make?
One. The pod is a single use system. You put the Pod in the machine and select the coffee strength you want. The used Pod is automatically ejected. Select the small coffee button, and you will get the classic Italian espresso - to knock your socks off.

How much does the coffee cost?
The pods are supplied in a box of 100, for $95, so 95 cents per coffee.

What other costs are there on top of the cost of the coffee?
None.

How long does it take to make a coffee?
A simple espresso takes about 10 seconds. In a few seconds more you can use the water spout to top it up to a mug-full, or use the steam to make a capuccino.

Do you run accounts?
Yes, in most circumstances. Our aim is to make buying coffee as easy and convenient as possible for you.

Does the machine need to be plumbed in?
No. It holds 3 litres of water that you pour into the machine.

What maintenance do I have to do?
Virtually none. You should wipe the steam spout if you use it to keep it clean. The bottom drawer will need emptying of ejected Pods when it is full, (about 30 Pods). Simply pull it out and tip them into your waste paper basket. You might want to rub a damp tea towel over the machine to keep it shiny. All other servicing is done by Chelsea morning. In normal circumstances the Matinee will run for at least a year without needing a sevice. When it does we replace the machine so you are not inconvenienced in your office. If the machine becomes faulty call us and we will replace it within 24 hours.

What forms of payment do you accept?
All. Credit cards are processed by PayPal, transfers can be made to our bank account, post us a cheque or you can pay the Chelsea morning Representative.

Can I have a machine at home?
Yes. The free machine is based on buying 100 Pods a month. If you drink less than 100 coffees in a month we can offer you another model of machine, still free if you buy a box of coffee (100 coffees), every 3 months. Alternatively you can buy or rent the machine so that there is no minimum coffee purchase required.
